What makes it special

The Wilderness burner is Ortal’s answer to the question most gas fireplaces dodge: can a gas fire actually pass for wood burning? The fire is built around a full set of ceramic logs—Driftwood, Valley Oak, or Birch—so it holds up under a long stare the way a real hearth fire does, at a width no wood fireplace matches.

The frame is the other half. The glass runs edge to edge with no metal border, so your tile or stone meets the fire cleanly.
